About

Andrew Paul Schweizer, ESQ.

Andrew Schweizer was instilled with the determination to help those in need from a young age. He spent his formative years living on campus at Elwyn, a non-profit whose mission is to provide compassionate care to those with special needs, because his father was the on-campus primary care physician at Elwyn’s headquarters near Media, PA, providing medical care to fellow residents. Through the influence of his unique upbringing and his late father’s humanitarian heart, Andrew became rooted with a passion to protect human rights and dignities. Andrew brings this passion to his work as a special education lawyer and educational advocate, serving parents in need of IEP assistance and exceptional students in need of special education and related services. Andrew attended Georgetown University Law Center, throughout which time he clerked at a boutique firm, fighting against discrimination. Andrew is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Andrew Paul Schweizer did an amazing job as my attorney in getting my son the academic help he needed to be successful. He was ambitious in his attempt to secure my child the most appropriate placement. He was successful in securing that placement.
